UCLA Student Housing
Los Angeles, California
Served as Project Coordinator for a 3 tower addition to undergraduate residence halls on campus. This was a difficult infill project adding 2000 beds in 3 new buildings, placed amidst 3 existing dormitories. The master planning was politically sensitive as the project is highly visible from the wealthy enclave of Bel Air, and the site was populated with an extensive grove of mature eucalyptus and redwood trees.
The buildings include several room types as well as associated study and assembly rooms, food service facilities, faculty mentor apartments and administrative facilities.
