Urban environments always pose a challenge when expensive land costs dictate maximizing the number of residential units to make a project financially feasible. Here, 24 one- and two-bedroom apartments are arranged on seven floors over a main floor of retail space. Some double-height spaces, terraces and roof decks lend variety to the unit mix.
